Question: What is included in the Reserved Seating experience?
Answer: Reserved Seating includes guaranteed seating, table service, elevated party favors, unlimited in/out privileges, a midnight champagne toast, each guest receives a 25th Anniversary keepsake, and access to the dueling pianos show from 8 PM–2 AM. Doors open at 6 PM.

Question: Do I get unlimited in/out privileges?
Answer: Yes. Guests with Reserved Seating may exit and re-enter throughout the night.

Question: Is food included?
Answer: No. The Reserved Seating ticket does not include food.

Question: Is there a souvenir included?
Answer: Yes. Each guest receives a 25th Anniversary keepsake.

Question: Are extra drinks included?
Answer: Only the midnight champagne toast is included. All other beverages may be purchased at the bar or through your server.

Question: What is the price for Reserved Seating?
Answer: Reserved Seating is $60 per person. This includes guaranteed seating, elevated party favors, table service, a midnight champagne toast, each guest receives a 25th Anniversary keepsake, and the full dueling pianos show from 8 PM–2 AM. Doors open at 6:00 p.m.

Question: How does payment work?
Answer: Payment is not made on the website. After you submit your reservation request, a team member will contact you directly to arrange payment. Reservations are confirmed only after payment is received.

Question: When is my reservation officially confirmed?
Answer: Your reservation is confirmed once our team contacts you, verifies availability, and processes your payment.

Question: Are reservations refundable?
Answer: No. All New Year’s Eve reservations are final and non-refundable due to high demand.

Question: What is included and not included in the Reserved Seating price?
Answer:
Included: guaranteed seating, table service, champagne toast at midnight, and each guest receives a 25th Anniversary keepsake.
Not included: food, additional drinks, transportation, or parking.

Question: How do I reserve Reserved Seating for New Year’s Eve?
Answer: Submit a reservation request through the NYE form. Our team will contact you to confirm availability and arrange payment.

Question: Is there a minimum group size?
Answer: Reserved Seating requires a minimum of 4 guests.
(Only keep this if it is actually required.)

Question: Can I request specific seating?
Answer: You may indicate your preference (Dining-Height, High-Top, or “Any”) on the form. Preferences are considered but cannot be guaranteed.

Question: Can I call the venue to make NYE reservations?
Answer: No. All New Year’s Eve reservations must be submitted through the online form to keep the process organized.

Question: Will the event sell out?
Answer: Yes. New Year’s Eve sells out every year. We recommend reserving early.

Question: Can I modify my reservation later?
Answer: Changes may not be possible due to limited seating and high demand.

What time do doors open?
Doors open at 6 PM.

What time does the event begin?
The dueling pianos show begins at 8 PM and continues until 2 AM.

What time must VIP guests arrive?
All VIP guests must arrive by 8 PM to keep their table.

What happens if I arrive late?
If you arrive after 8 PM, your table will be released—even if you have already paid.

What time does the event end?
The celebration ends at 2 AM.

SEATING OPTIONS & ACCESSIBILITY

Question: What seating options are available?
Answer: Reserved Seating may be placed at dining-height tables (main floor) or high-top tables (perimeter), depending on availability.

Question: Is wheelchair-accessible seating available?
Answer: Yes. Limited wheelchair-accessible seating is available. Please note any accessibility needs on your reservation form.

Question: Can I choose between high-top and dining-height tables?
Answer: Yes. You may indicate a preference on your reservation form, but placement depends on availability.

Question: Can you guarantee my seating preference?
Answer: No. We try to honor all requests, but specific table types cannot be guaranteed due to New Year’s Eve demand.

AGE REQUIREMENTS
& HOUSE RULES

Question: Is the event 21+?
Answer: Yes. New Year’s Eve at Savannah Smiles is strictly 21+. A valid, non-expired physical ID is required for entry.

Question: Can I bring my own champagne or alcohol?
Answer: No. Outside beverages are not permitted. A midnight champagne toast is included, and additional drinks may be purchased at the bar or through your server.

Question: Is there a dress code?
Answer: There is no formal dress code, but smart-casual or festive attire is encouraged.

Question: Is dancing allowed?
Answer: No. Due to insurance and safety requirements, there is no dance floor and open dancing is not permitted. Guests may enjoy the music from their seats.

Question: Will photos be taken during the event?
Answer: Yes. Photos and videos may be taken throughout the night. Savannah Smiles uses continuous video and photography, and we cannot guarantee exclusion. By entering the venue, you acknowledge that you may appear in photos or recordings.

PARKING & TRANSPORTATION

Is parking available nearby?
Yes. Limited street parking and several nearby public garages are available.

Is rideshare recommended?
Yes. Due to heavy holiday traffic, Uber or Lyft is strongly recommended. Drivers sometimes confuse us with Saddlebags on River Street. Make sure your driver selects Savannah Smiles Dueling Pianos at 314 Williamson Street.

Where should rideshare drop us off?
Use 314 Williamson Street, Savannah, GA for accurate drop-off.
